Located in the heart of Edinburg, Senor Cactus brings the exciting and cultural flavors of Mexico across the border.

We are a family-casual style Mexican restaurant designed with a contemporary rustic exterior & interior, wooden tables, and an extensive patio seating area. We had the opportunity to create the idea of Senor Cactus Mexican Grill restaurant concept here in RGV and successfully launch it in 2020 during the pandemic. Our mission from the start was to give the community of the valley a comfortable, modern, and unique restaurant experience of great authentic Mexican food, attentive service, and a cultural ambience.
